By agreeing to service, you acknowledge that this Salon is

not liable or responsible for any of the following:

•⁠ ⁠User Error.

•⁠ ⁠Any further treatment or action conducted outside of the salon, either by the client or by another salon.

•⁠ ⁠Damages caused by the removal of products or services by the hand of the client or other salons.

•⁠ ⁠Allergic reactions caused by an allergy that the client did not communicate to the salon or one that the client did not know they had.

•⁠ ⁠Changes in opinion or desire after the service has already been agreed upon and commenced.

•⁠ ⁠Ways in which the service chosen by the client may affect their personal or work life (e.g., the breaking of dress code).

•⁠ ⁠All other unforeseen and unexpected situations that are not under direct control or the clear responsibility of the salon, even if not previously mentioned.
